The agreements and stipulations that are abided by "information" exchanged between switching equipment, are called message order. With the expanding of constructing size of communication network, the channels transmitting sound and the channels transmitting message orders separate, there are special channels for transmitting message orders. The channels used for transmitting message orders constitute message-order network and the channels used for transmitting sound constitute telephone network.The telephone network takes on most of the communication flux. In order to connect the users with economical, logical and high quality services, the framework of the telephone network includes switchcenter nodes, rules of choosing channels and routers that link switchcenters according to certain rules.The domestic telephone network adopts hiberarchy, mainly includes long-distance telephone network and local telephone network. For a long time, the telephone network in our country adopted the structure of 5-grade network. With the advancement of communication technology, the maturation of network-management theory and the paving of long-distance skeleton cables, the long-distance telephone network has changed from 5-grade to 3-grade.No.7 message-order network is an important underlaying system, its essential structure includes Signaling point (SP), Signal Transfer point (STP) and Signaling Link (SL). No.7 message-order network is an important underlaying network, it is the nervous system of the whole circuitry network.
