Dry Ice Expansion Control System Redundancy Hot Backup Technology Research

With the great leap forward of computer technology, computer has been extensively applied in every field and in every trade. Controlling industrial sites with field bus technology has become an important means of industrial control, which achieved organization connection between control and management, and better suited to actual needs of work on site.The system introduced in this article was established on the basis of the original four independent CP528 Control Stations. PLC Network system was composed of the Profibus-DP and Profibus-FMS agreements. An upper PC was added on the network, to monitor and control the equipments under the jurisdiction of all the PLCs. It realized overhead hot copies of all the CP528 site operation stations, i.e., under the circumstance of CP528 failure, the equipment corresponding to this upper PC could be used for operation.The article also introduced newly emerged field bus control technology, introduced and analyzed Profibus and CITECT configuration softwares.
