Library Knowledge Sharing Strategy In The Digital Environment

In the 21st century, humanity has entered the era of knowledge economy, and also into the network of the technological age with the rapid development of information technology, face to the new constantly updated technology, how we move toward the knowledge society, and how to achieve knowledge sharing, that has been a worth considering question. As a knowledge gathering, the library plays an important role to share the knowledge. The knowledge-sharing of Library includes explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing. How to use effective strategies to maximize the share is an important issue of library knowledge sharing.This paper defines the concept of library knowledge sharing as the internal library knowledge sharing and the external library knowledge sharing. The internal library knowledge sharing is knowledge exchanges among the librarians by various means, providing their knowledge, conversion the individual knowledge into group knowledge. The external library knowledge sharing is exchange and sharing of knowledge between the Library and the users of library and among libraries. The sharing between the Library and user is that librarians have to share their skills and the experience to the library users. In addition, users can feedback their experience to the libraries and other users so that other users share their experience. The library receives feedback to improve the service quality. The knowledge sharing among libraries is based on the complementary of knowledge and collaborative development, interlibrary carry out the cooperation, the exchange of knowledge and to achieve a broader knowledge-sharing.The thesis is divided into five sections. In the first section, brief introduces the research background and the current research situation of library knowledge sharing in domestic and foreign, as well as significance of topics and the approach of the study. In the second section, elaborates the related concepts, analysis the process and elements of the library knowledge-sharing and presents the features and significance of library knowledge-sharing in digital environment, and further clarify the feasibility of papers. In the third section, contrary to the elements analysis of the process in the library knowledge-sharing, through the questionnaire survey, analysis the factors that affect the library knowledge sharing, and respectively discussions from the whole culture of the library, the main body of knowledge sharing, digital environment, and the financing etc. In the fourth section, through the questionnaire survey, for the library knowledge sharing factors, from the culture, cultural philosophy, librarians management, the introduction of new technologies, knowledge sharing space and knowledge alliance, respectively, for promoting the implementation of knowledge-sharing to propose to a few strategies:to create a library knowledge sharing culture, the introduction of zero management concepts, librarians management strategies based on the knowledge sharing, the introduction of web2.0 new technologies, to build knowledge-sharing space, the establishment of library knowledge alliance. At last, concludes the main results of the paper, also points out the paper problems, giving a clear direction for future research.
