The land subsidence, as a cumulative disaster, whose coverage is wide and treatment is difficulty, has already become one kind of significant geological disasters on restrict the development of city and affect the safe of residents living. Therefore, the relevant government departments use multifarious monitoring tools for long-term land subsidence monitoring activities, and achieve a large of valuable data. How to effectively manage and reasonably analyze and apply these data to master the law of land subsidence and analyze the cause has great significance to prediction and warning geological disaster, planning and development of cities and so on.Relying on the project of the ministry of land and resources, this article using the powerful data management, spatial analysis and visualization capabilities of GIS, proposes the design scheme and realization method of land subsidence data management and analysis system with discussion on design goal, requirement, function module, software platform, database and so on of the system. Meanwhile, study on the problems of InSAR technology which is of rapid development and potential extremely, put forward the corresponding correction measures, and incorporate them into the system. Finally, build and realize the Land Subsidence Information Management System of Xi'an. The concrete content is as follows:1. Considering the characteristics of the monitoring data, combine Oracle database system with ArcSDE spatial data engine and realize to manage the existing land subsidence data scientifically and effectively in Xi'an.2. Using ArcGIS Engine development kit and C# language, implement data management, data update, query statistics, subsidence trend analysis, subsidence data post-processing, visualization and other functions, and analyze land subsidence data from several angles to master the land subsidence law.3. Especially study the quality control of deformation from InSAR, which is a new technique of high-precision and high-spatial-resolution on land subsidence monitoring, and analyze and deal with the possible outlier, system errors and missing data. The results improve the quality of data and advance the reliability of InSAR technology used for land subsidence monitoring.
