In recent years, based on the geographic characteristics in Fuyu area, the alteration of the city, the demand of exploration and development, Jilin Oilfield has developed large-scale horizontal wells. For the structural characteristics of horizontal well in Jilin Oilfield, such as ultra-shallow layer, large horizontal displacement, small bending radius, shorter straight hole interval, surface casing with shallow landing depth, complex well structure etc., with the horizontal well drilling technology improving, more and more notching horizontal wells appear, well structure becomes more complex and well logging becomes more difficult.By analyzing the structural characteristics of horizontal well in Jilin Oilfield and studying the problems encountered in the course of Well logging, this paper offers a well logging supporting technology for shallow horizontal wells in Jilin Oilfield with enhanced implementation technology, optimized logging combinability, and superiority of quick logging platform.Due to the limited successful experience in large-scale shallow, large horizontal displacement, small bending radius logging at home and abroad, the project study is expected to address the actual problems encountered in horizontal well logging construction. It also concludes a set of shallow horizontal well logging technology adapt to Jilin Oilfield. According to the study and analysis of typical logging cases, we sum up the experience and achievement in development and application of logging technology for shallow horizontal well in Jilin Oilfield, which is a mature inference idea that would improve horizontal well logging technology in future.
