We have screened of some hermostable lignin degrading microorganisms from the decayed agricultural wastes mixed with domesticated animals emit.we screened the biggest diameter of clearance zone from the microorganisms on the BM culture. All the microorganisms were heat-resisting strains. Its factors was thermophilic, CMC agar plates and Congo red staining method were sequentially used for lignin degrading's screening, after the experiment,we found that it could not degrade the cellulose. We gave this strain the name of Geobacillus caldoxylosilyticus strain J16.It was significance for paper industry and renewable energy industry. The factors were studied, which effected on lignin peroxidase and manganese peroxidase. The strain could grow very well at 65℃and pH4.0. When fermented with the agriculture wastes about soybean stem, maize stem, rape stem, sawdust, wheat stem and sesame stem, it could efficiently degrade lignin up to 8.7%, but not degrade cellulose. All of above showed that it was significant for paper industry and renewable energy industry. All the data showed that this strain could be applied to agriculture wastes and Sewage, and it was very important for environmental protection.
