Carbonate formation is an important target to oil and gas exploration, and over 50% of proved reserves and 60% of production in the world are stored in there. With the increasing degree of oil and gas exploration, the importance of the study on carbonate reservoir is growing. Seismic inversion is a core technology for the prediction of reservoirs, all kinds of rocks elastic parameters that obtained by pre-stack can be more accurately to reveal the formation of rocks and oil and gas situation.Therefore, taking Feixianguan formation carbonate oolite beach reservoir in northeast Sichuan for a target, the thesis aim to study the prediction of reservoir with the method of pre-stack inversion of elastic parameters. The following results were obtained:Firstly, through analyzing the theoretical basis of pre-stack elastic parameters to explain the physical meaning of the elastic parameters and focus on discussing its applicability on the reservoir prediction and advantages, provide ideas for the choice of methods for reservoir prediction research in the studied area, and then lays the foundation of the subsequent application research.Secondly, the actual seismic data of the studied area has been analyzed statistically to summarize characteristics of elastic parameters of the reservoir; combined with the logging, drilling data of 14 bore holes, pre-stack seismic data of the studied area has been analyzed inversely using broadband-constrained inversion technology to gain elastic parameters of the Oolite beach. Finally,several properties of wells line profile have been compared, and various combinations of elastic parameters analyzed and measured, to single out the elastic parameters with high sensitivity, and then to build the sensitive factor of fluid identification with high sensitivity; identification of gas and water also have been tried through analyzing double-elastic parameters intersectionally.Through practical application, the prediction fit rate of Feixianguan Oolitic reservoir is 86%, and the distribution of the reservoir fluid (gas and water layer) have been effectively predicted with good results. The aim of prediction study has been accomplished well, and it also provides certain reference value for the identification of gas and water.
