After the running of the Three Gorges Reservoir, the water level of the reservoir will periodic fluctuate between the 30m range of 145m to 175m every year. Water level fluctuation will soften the rock and soil on the bank, induce the underground water fluctuated and decrease the shear strength, which will influence the landslide stability, and will have the possibility to cause the stable slope to occur landslide, this will seriously threat people's life and property in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and the normal operation of the Three Gorges. Thus, the studies about landslide stability and the variation trend in operational process of reservoir have become an important topic.At present, the landslide stability variation trend in operational process of reservoir have not reach a unified recognition, the studies and the actual projects exist the problem of completely dependent on the numerical simulation software or generalized experience, which cause the subjective ingredient in each achievement is rather great. Based on summarize the predecessor research results, this paper, selects the landslide of Chuanzhumiao in Yun-yang country as the research object and research the question of slopes' stability in the disadvantage of drawdown and rainfall, the mainly study content and achievement are as follows:a. The regionally geologic conditions of Chuanzhumiao, such as Physical geography, topography and geomorphology, formation lithology geologic structure and so on, are illustrated in details and analysed.b. This paper illustrates the essential characteristics, hydrologic condition and the deformation and failure characteristics, and carries on reorganization analysis to deformation monitoring data and further analysis the failure mechanism of landslide.c. Based on a small amount of test data and the corresponding mathematical model, this paper fits flow function and ascertain Physical mechanical parameters through three different methods of experiment, project analogism, inversion analysis.d. State rationale of unsaturated soil and using two-dimensional seepage software quantitatively analysis seepage field changes in different conditions of different drawdown speed and drawdown and rainfall coupling, thereby, gain the change of saturation and isoline graph of total head, pore water pressure in different moment and different conditions, and analysis evaluation, and on this basis to introduce numerical results of seepage field into shear strength theory based on the unsaturated, compute stability of Chuanzhumiao using ordinary method, Morgenstern-Price method, Janbu method and Bishop method, and get the changing regularity of coefficient of stability and analysis evaluation, explore the effect of landslide stability by parameter variation.e. Using the FLAC3D three-dimensional software analysis integral stability of landslide in the conditions of natural or stable impoundment level and comparative analysis stress field and displacement field of the two working conditions.The result Shows the landslide of Chuanzhumiao still stable with the normal running of Three Gorges Reservoir, only local surface and weathering boundaries place may happen some degree of deformation and failure.
