| Seismic wavelet extraction is a key question in seismic exploration. The methodwhich includes the second order statistics and high-order statistics of statisticalwavelet extraction is to estimate seismic wavelet by seismic trace itself. This paperadopted two methods including of multi-trace statistics and high-order spectrum inorder to make a comparative study of each method to compare the two methods ofinferiority. Each method adopts minimum phase wavelet and mixing phase wavelet todemonstrate the result.For multi-trace statistic method,to make sure logarithmic spectrum of thewavelet amplitude spectrum by geometric average (or the average of multi-traceseismic record correlation function) of some seismic trace of amplitude spectrum,then we get the amplitude spectrum of seismic wavelet,the next step is to get phasespectrum by the amplitude spectrum of seismic wavelet,at last,reconstructing theseismic wavelet．For different phase wavelet processing,the results show that thismethod is only suitable for minimum phase wavelet.For higher-order spectrum method,using the feature of high-order spectrumcontains both amplitude information and phase information,we can recover directlythe amplitude spectrum and the phase spectrum of seismic wavelet from thehigh-order spectrum of seismic record,then reconstruct the seismic wavelet．Thispaper take further study on seismic wavelet extraction which adapt to non-white noisespectrum,the further study based on seismic wavelet extraction which adapt to whitenoise spectrum．The results of different phase wavelet processing show that themethod of high order spectrum can accurately extract wavelet phase and itsamplitude,and to make the wavelet recover completely．The further study shows thathigh-order spectrum method is also suitable for the wavelet extraction which adapt tonon-white noise spectrum．In view of this research,we can see the potential of high-order spectrumtechnology using in seismic data processing．... |
