Sichuan basin gas reservoir is deeply buried, has fracture development, and there mostly exists edge and bottom water, water easily comes into Gas reservoir development phase and even easier to cause gas reservoir water flooded. When reservoir meets water, it will do more harm to gas reservoir development, increasing hydrogeophysical remote cost, which is not conducive to improve water reservoir ultimate recovery. Therefore, research of gas reservoir water cut early period identification methods and water body size, has the very good significance to gas reservoir development scheme adjustment and choose reasonable hydrogeophysical remote measures. This thesis, on the analysis and summary of previous research results, using numerical simulation method to analyse gas reservoir water cut mechanism and the influencing factors, combined with characteristics of development of gas reservoir with abnormal high pressure, has explored water cut identification methods of gas reservoir with abnormal high pressure and calculation methods of water body size, through the theoretical derivation and various methods adaptability evaluation, using the above study results to apply in Heba Feisan gas reservoir and achieved good prediction effect. Research results provide a solid theoretical basis for Heba Feisan gas reservoir efficient development, at the same time has a certain significance for domestic gas reservoir with water development. The obtained perception and achievement as follows:(1)Using numerical simulation method, set up water cut mechanism theory model of gas reservoir with abnormal high pressure.Theoretical research results indicate: structure more abrupt, matrix permeability bigger, water cut more difficult; crack length longer,water reserves more, gas reservoir water cut faster; Meanwhile recovery speed is the effective means to control water invasion, for gas reservoir with water ,can reduce gas reservoir single well daily gas production ,slow gas reservoir water cut.(2) Gas reservoir different development phase must use targeted water cut recognition method. Well test monitoring method and H2S gas content detection method,which can identify and forecast gas reservoir water cut in advance. Apparent formation pressure method is of the adaptive poorer for high pressure gas reservoir water cut. Apparent Geological reserves method which considering effects of the abnormal high pressure can distinguish gas reservoir water cut well(3) According to the complexity of the reservoir water penetration and the adaptability of different methods. Gas reservoir different development phase should pertinently adopt water penetration identification technology, In the comprehensive application of on basis information of all kinds, accurately identify gas reservoir water cut.(4) Early gas field development, Adopting volumetric method can give you a rough estimate of gas reservoir water body size. Gas reservoir development later, could use gas reservoir engineering method to have semi quantitative evaluation of gas reservoir water body size; Also could use reservoir numerical simulation method to have quantitative evaluation water body size.
