Frequently, multi-poor geological objects, such as fracture zone, weak intercalation, fault, collapse column, mined area etc, are brought up against digging in tunnel. Because of its severe impaction on production and safety, advance prediction and forecast must be adopted while tunneling. Presently, resistivity method has been widely applied in advance prediction own to its sensitivity to low resistivity objects, but in the collar of tunnel, such as data acquisition, effective information capture, data processing and in a good many aspects, are still carried out insufficiently by existing methods and techniques, and so study on the resistivity method for advanced prediction in tunnel has theoretical and practical value actively.On the base of the technique status quo and simulation of abnormal electrical of multi-geoelectric model, the three-dimensional resistivity observation system is proposed and constructed in tunnel, and the paper give the reciprocal data processing such as conventional data processing and 3D inversion. The cavity's effect that disturb the resistivity value while data gathering, can be eliminated in the data pre-processing by the numerical simulation of the characteristics of apparent resistivity in the tunnel. And after analyzing the influence of the law of measurement electrode abnormal, the shift pertinency method can be applied to proofread the adverse effect aroused from unsymmetrical object beside the electrodes. Moreover, the impact of layered strata and anisotropic also can be corrected in a limited way using DZ method to fit apparent resistivity curves. The research on spatial migration to the stereo data processing is considered as a leading approach, and the abnormal probability calculation is secondary, both approaches composed of pith processing. Besides, the MRP2.0 system has been programmed successfully by Visual C++language,2D slice and 3D body image can be attained optionally using it. And thus the stereo resistivity method for advance prediction comes into being.By the simulation of multi-geological models, the stereo resistivity observation system must be more optimized, and after exploring multi-geological abnormities in the coal and rock tunnels, the results show that water-rich area ahead of tunnels can be accurately detected using MRP technique, it also guide the aided detection of geological structure. After the contrast of the validate results both long-distance tracking detection and the actual mining conditions in rock laneway, the relationship both the water degree and measured apparent resistivity value would be probed to a some extent in the paper.At last, after thinking about the development of existing technique, the paper points out a way that may achieve a long-distance and high-resolution advanced prediction technique in the future.
