Currently NATM is widely implied in construction and site test also gets more consideration. But because of complexity and hard prediction of topography, and professional level difference of construction managing staff, landslip happens here and there in tunnel constructing, especially in slope and poor geographical conditions. Thus it has significant importance to research on deformation law and mechanics interact between slope, surrounding rocks and tunnel to prevent accidents in the most.This paper mainly rely on Fu'an Tunnel project of Ningwu A1 period, Ningwu Highway. Through long term participant observation and site test, from plane simulate to three-dimensional numerical simulation, relationship between slope landslip and tunnel to selection of landslip disaster treat measures, the studies mainly acquire following conclusions.1. Analyzing main factors of tunnel collapse mechanism and slope stability, to define three types of Fu'an Tunnel structure and slope interaction: axial shearing type, lateral shearing type and vault extrusion disturbance type.2. First hand materials and figures being obtained from test on surface slope's horizontal displacement and ground subsidence.By comparing dynamic deformation law of surrounding rock and structure between poor geographical conditions or ultimate deformation of tunnel structure and common conditions, it is being conclude that former conditions showing burstiness, sinking rapidly and convergence difficulty. Considering analysis data, conclusion is: Surface subsidence value≈vaults sedimentation value + internal displacement of surrounding rock.3.This paper directly perceiving soil slip formation law through plane numerical simulation to 34+330 fracture surface which matches site situation perfectly.4.Through setting up three-dimension simulation of hole section tunnel and slope interact relationship, the following being accomplished:(1)Triangle Dynamic analytical method can be applied in slope slide direction and slope stability and degeneration rule can be judged by size of deformed angle.(2)Under slope, by picking key spots to carry out surrounding rock stress and strain micro dynamic analysis, change rule between each variables and burial depth in vertical direction being obtained. The distributional pattern of surrounding rocks plastic zone is bellbottom form, i.e. the deeper, the bigger range.(3)Section analysis and longitudinal analysis being taken on shotcreting support structure to get each variables'specific time-space effect reacted by slope in different excavation step.5. Fu'an Tunnel, with comprehensive selection, adopting weight loss back pressure method, reasonably and effectively solving potential axial slope slide while systematically stating types of slide disaster, selection of management action and design of frictionpile, which provide reference for related construction departments.
