The offshore wind power project of Daoda offshore wind power limited company in Qidong Jiangsu was chosen by this paper as the engineering background. A full set of construction techniques is formed by researching and integrating each part of the process of integrative construction and installation of offshore wind turbine bucket foundation structure. Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental analysis are adopted for different process separately. Finally, the integrative construction and installation of offshore wind turbine bucket foundation structure is applied in the project case.The penetration process of bucket foundation structure, by which using high pressure gas break the soil and negative pressure, is simulated by finite element software. In order to effectively simulate the bearing capacity of bucket foundation, the Mohr-Coulomb model is adopted for soil by considering fluid-structure interaction. Focused on analyzing the change of the strength of soil, the local failure of soil and the stress of the bucket foundation during the process of penetration were studied. The technology of fine leveling is put forward under the technology of subdivision in the bucket. The force condition of plates in the bucket is analyzed by finite element software. Laboratory tests of electroosmosis and negative pressure combined with the reinforcement mechanism of electroosmosis and negative pressure reinforce the soil. The reinforcement method with electroosmosis and the multi-electrode arrangement is the optimal reinforcement method. The construction process of lift-up is simulated by finite element software. The changes of soil and the corresponding conclusion are obtained by comparing the result of finite element calculation of each condition.Finally, with the application of the project case of the offshore wind power project of Daoda in Qidong Jiangsu, a full set of construction techniques of integrative construction and installation of offshore wind turbine bucket foundation structure is formed in detail, as well as a set of construction process flow(delete), precautions and the data need to be detected during the construction process. Combined with the actual effect of project, the appropriate guidance for construction of future research is given.The research of this paper may guide the application and research of construction and installation of offshore wind turbine structure using bucket foundation.
