Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) is the peculiar object with some violent activity inthe nuclei, which can emit more energy than one normal galaxy does and goes withmatter burst and out-owed from the nuclei. The energy emitted by the compact centralsource involves the energy which is emitted at all frequencies from radio toγ- ray. Inthis thesis, we construct the spectral energy distribution (SED) for 362 SDSS DR5 -atspectrum radio quasars (FSRQs) with multi-band data (i.e. radio, IR, optical, UV andX-ray). The departure between the integrated luminosity and the bolometric luminositywas investigated. Moreover, the relations between the integrated luminosity and themonochromatic luminosities were explored.SDSS spectrum provides abundant information of objects which is an importanttool to study the objects. The fundamental processes are introduced analyzed the SDSSquasar spectrum in this thesis which involve the analysises of power-law continuum, FeII continuum, emission line and absorption line, and we also introduce our programm toanalyze the SDSS quasar spectrum in the IDL platform. In the first Chapter, we introduce the background that includes the basic propertiesand the taxonomy of active galactic nuclei, quasar absorption lines and their categoriesand multi-band data.In the chapter 2,We employ a sample of 362 -at-spectrum radio quasars (FSRQs)to calculate their integrated luminosities by integrating the spectral energy distribution(SED) constructed with multi-band (radio, IR, optical, UV and X-ray) data. We comparethese luminosities with those estimated from monochromatic luminosities by multiplyingthem by the conventional bolometric correction factors. Our analysis shows that theintegrated luminosities calculated from the SED are much larger than the bolometric lu-minosities estimated from monochromatic luminosities. Their departing behavior tightlycorrelates with radio luminosities, which implies that their departure might come fromthe relativistic jet. The relations between integrated and monochromatic luminosities arealso explored in this chapter. In the chapter 3,we introduce the fundamental processes analyzed the SDSS quasarspectrum. And our programm is introduced analyzed the SDSS quasar spectrum in theIDL platform and some warnings are given in this chapter, too.The chapter 4 is the summary and expectation.
