SLR is the abbreciation of Satellite Laser Ranging. SLR is a kind of space geodetic techniques; it is also one of the most advanced thchnologies with high accuracy and good practicability. We use SLR not only can determine the satellite's precisely orbits, but can also compute the stations coordinates, estimate the dynamical parameters and so on. Satellite precisely orbit determination means to determine the satellite orbit by computing the datas of the satellites and the stations. Moreover, the SLR technology is one of methods to get the precisely orbit. Comparing with other measurment technologies, SLR has its obvious and irreplaceable characteristic. Therefore, to do researches on SLR has important theoretical and practical meanings. Besides, it can also improve orbits determination and autonomous navigation capabilities. This paper mainly describes how to use software UTOPIA to process satellite laser ranging data of year 2009.By processing the SLR datas of LAGEOSl; I can get a trajectory of 60 seconds. Furthermore, by using different methods to deal with the datas of LAGEOSl and LAGEOS2, I can get the RMS values are about 2cm after using 31 days arc length orbit determination methods, furthermore, I get the station coordinates of San Juan. Comparing the coordinate values of San Juan, I can find that the average coordinate values are very close. Besides, I also get the values of the polar shift and barycenter displacement. The change of barycenter in X, Y direction is about 1.5cm, the results are not very ideal in Z direction, it show that the mechanical model used for orbit prediction, the measurement models and other relevant parameters are all need to do some improvement. During writing this paper, I write some programs according the actual needs.
