Comprehensive evaluation is the theory that give an evaluation value to eachobject for making a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the object system, andevaluate the results of merit-based processing according to the related method.Comprehensive evaluation method has been widely used in many areas of China'seconomic construction, including computer science and technology, agriculturaleconomy, the level of industrialization, and transportation, which are most common inuse in the fields of statistics and economic. Comprehensive evaluation method is usedwidely; Besides, it tends to be more multi-index, compatible, uncertainty, complexity.Modern comprehensive evaluation methods, including principal component analysis,data envelopment analysis and fuzzy evaluation method. In the comprehensiveevaluation method, the article focus on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and roughset pair model of comprehensive evaluation.First, this paper reviews the commonly used evaluation methods and status, andhighlights the status and results about rough sets, fuzzy sets, and set pair analysis.Then, describes the theory of them, laying the groundwork for the main work on thepaper. The main work of this paper is as follows:Extend the original first and second comprehensive evaluation model further tomulti-level.Then improves the"max-min"model in fuzzy comprehensive evaluationbased on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation: combining the weighted statistics with theCRITIC that can form the new comprehensive weight and improve the"max-min"model,getting the multi-level weighted model. Applies the model to the bridge safetyevaluation analysis, the results shows that the method is effective.Based on fuzzy set theory and rough set pair analysis theory, use the identifydifferent opposite contact degree of expression as a bridge of rough sets and fuzzyclustering to build a comprehensive evaluation model which is based on fuzzy setsand rough set pair analysis. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, applies it tothe health evaluation of Chongqing bridge, compares the evaluation with the result of kernel space cloud model, the result shows the method is feasible.
