The Lindian-heiyupao area is oil and gas exploration area in the northern Songliao Basin.In previous work, the study of the region is divided into small areas to study isolatedly, andcomprehensive explanation of the whole the region is not carried out, so the area has a lowdegree of exploration. This paper is based on original stratigraphic framework ofLindian-heiyupao area in the northern Songliao Basin, and two dimensional seismic data anddrilling data are made use of. Based on sequence stratigraphy theory and related moderngeophysical theory, stratigraphic framework and sequence distribution characteristics arestudied systematically and isochronous stratigraphic framework is established to deepengeological knowledge of the area and to provide a reliable basis for the exploration ofdeployment.According to the stratigraphic contact reflected from truncation and toplap phenomenonin seismic section, interface features of the sequence identified by well logs and drillinglithology variation, the area stratum is divided into6third-order sequences, and LowstandSystem Tract (LST), Trangressive System Tract (TST), Highstand System Tract (HST) areidentified and classified.According to Logging lithology and well logs, deposition style of different sequence isditermined and a variety of seismic reflection structure and the corresponding distribution areidentified to decide distribution of facies. Based on characteristics of resource-reservoir-caprocks, Denglouku and Quantou formation is divided into two sets of reservoir and sealassemblage. Forming conditions analysis to determine areas the Lindian-heiyupao targetlayer into the possession of the favorable area classification criteria for the classification, andthe favorable area forecast.
