Galvanized steel materials are widely used to protect the materials like iron and steel to avoid of corroding. In order to avoid of corroding from acid and alkali in our daily life and try our best to lessen the deficiency and incipient fault of safety in companies, finding a new kind of corrosion inhibitor which is efficient and environmental has a great deal of practical significance.In this passage, I use the method of X-ray Fluorescence Analysis and scanning electron microscopy to do the chemical composition and spectrum research on the thermal injection furnace scale sample, a power plant condenser of a chemical reaction in Jilin and tower packing scale samples in Yichang. The results show that the main component of scale samples is made up of silicate and carbonate and also a small amount of iron oxides, sulfate, aluminates chloride and titanium and so on. Through the experiment of dissolving dirt, we can find that the best cleaning agent for removing the dirt is hydrochloric acid and soil acid, therefore, the compound inhibitors of the medium are of great practical significance.The hydrochloric acid is a very good agent for cleaning the carbonate scale and the metal oxide scale. Through the method of weight loss and the orthogonal experiment, and with the help of the four-component synergy between inhibitors, we can develop a highly efficient environmental complex of zinc in hydrochloric acid corrosion and evaluate the corrosion of the properties of the composite of the inhibitor. The result shows that when the concentration of the hydrochloric acid in the corrosion inhibitor is not more than 15% and the temperature is not higher than 50℃, the zinc has excellent corrosion inhibition. From the electrochemical study, we can find that this inhibitor is a kind of a mixed type of inhibitor control, and the rate of inhibition can reach 99.66%. SEM analysis shows that non-uniform corrosion of zinc does not occur in the presence of the hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor.Soil acid is a mixture of hydrofluoric acid and hydrofluoric acid. It also has the features of both. Depending on the complex of strong acid of hydrochloric acid and synergies of hydrofluoric acid, soil acid is a very good agent for cleaning the scale of metal oxide and silicate scale. It can not only improve the cleaning effect but also shorten the cleaning period. Through the method of the orthogonal experiments and the use of synergies between the four components of the role of the corrosion inhibitor, we can develop a highly efficient environmental soil acid corrosion inhibitor which is compound of zinc in the media and evaluate the performance of the composite of the corrosion inhibition. The results show that the inhibitor concentration in the solid acid is not more than 18% and zinc can have excellent corrosion inhibition. From the electrochemical study, we can find that this inhibitor is a kind of a mixed type of inhibitor control, and the rate of inhibition can reach 99.58%. Microscope analysis shows that non-uniform corrosion of zinc does not occur in the presence of the hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor. |
