Polyurethane (PU) material because of its good mechanical properties, low temperature curing, high adhesion strength and water resistance, solvent resistance, low temperature, etc., in many areas and in daily life has been widely used. But with the rapid social development and progress of the protective properties of materials and decorative properties, especially a higher durability of the updated requirements of the new requirements, the original polyurethane material to show a great lack of , limiting its application. The fluorinated polyurethane (FPU) of a new class of polymer materials as functional materials, due to the introduction of fluorinated groups can make the polymer also has very low surface energy, excellent chemical stability and hydrophobic hate oil, so it is good to make up for the original PU material in these performance gaps. This paper, through self-made synthesis of fluorine-containing fluorine-containing diols polyurethane intermediates - fluorinated polyester diols, and the synthesis conditions of the inquiry, and further to prepare it for the fluorinated polyurethane soft segment material, and on the fluoride content of the performance of the material to do a thorough inquiry.1. According to reaction mechanism, through the DMPA for hydroxyl protection, acylation, esterification, and then synthesized using acid deprotection fluorinated diols made DMSAC-OH, and each step of the reaction conditions on the impact of in-depth inquiry, the best reaction conditions, verified by IR and NMR have been successfully synthesized DMSAC-OH.2. Raw DMSAC-OH, ethylene glycol and adipic acid under the action of phosphoric acid catalyst, successfully synthesized by stepwise polycondensation side chain fluorinated polyester diols, and study its impact factor, experiments show that the mole ratio 1.3:1, the catalyst amount of 0.5% of the total mass of raw material, reaction time 10h, by hydroxyl value 55mg / g, acid value of 8.2mg / g, molecular weight is 2000 polyester.3. And contact angle measurement, water absorption test, the surface free energy of a detailed analysis shows that: fluoride content on the performance of polyurethane materials have a significant effect, the contact angle was increased, improved water resistance, surface free energy reduction However, when the amount reaches a certain amount of fluoride, the contact angle, water resistance, surface free energy change little. This is because the fluorine groups in the PU has become saturated due to the surface.
