The petroleum drills special-purpose valve is the most important component of the petroleum & natural pneumatic drill picks and there production system areas, and makes a pivotal function in petrochemical industry development.This paper made an adequate acquaintance of the home and abroad research & development situation of intersection curve welding equipment for valve inner surface and virtual prototype simulation technology. Modeled the mathematic model of valve inner surface intersection curve and the motion trajectory of welding gun. Established the 3D model of the welding equipment based on Pro/engineer working environment, defined the motion joint and set the parameters of servo motors, run the virtual prototype motion simulation experiment of the welding equipment, created the motion trajectory curve and analyzed the simulation errors, validated the correctness of modeling the mathematic model, resolved one of key technical and provided the simulation technology supporting of virtual prototype for developing and manufacturing the welding equipment.This Paper also introduced the Finite Element Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis and Optimal Design for portrait guide rail beam of the welding equipment based on Pro/MACHANICA structure analysis module, and set the min-mass object function for the beam, and its optimal mathematical models of stress & displacement restriction, and the optimal design of its dimension parameters. The analysis and optimal design results can be used for reference of the beam structure dimension and reliability design.
