The Study Of Anti-Scaling Technology In ASP Flooding In Nanwuqu Of Sanan Oilfield

ASP flooding technology is the new oil displacement efficiency technology which on the rise in international in the late 80's. The water content can be greatly reduced and displacement efficiency can be improved with extend the swept volume by the technology. However, with the ASP flooding pilot test wells continuously exposed in depth the issue of scaling, a number of ASP flooding pilot area followed, scaling well have seriously affected the normal production. Therefore, It is more urgent tasks that well scaling ASP flooding mechanism and prevention measures are studied.The severity question about anti-scaling is studied in the recovery well in ASP flooding in Nanwuqu of Sanan Oilfield on lifting anti-scaling technology in this paper. Including the new anti-scaling of the pump were evaluated in the laboratory and in the field, the adaptability of the other common pump is tested in this block, the spot adaptability of the antiseptic light poles and"three defend"oil tubing is tested; their performances in the laboratory and in the field were evaluated. the spot adaptability of the antiseptic light poles and"three defend"oil tubing and carrying out the experimental applications of bailing pumping are tested, and so on. Tthe adaptability of this block about the anti-scaling technology is brought out, some beneficial explorations has been brought out for the subsequent ASP flooding, that is improving the effect of the exploitation and depressing the cost of the exploitation.From different types of oil field test mode, optimized, low cost, check period is relatively long, lifting technique equipment which adapt well on the ASP flooding. Application of field experiments showed that the ultra-gap pumping and bailing pumps cost relatively low, check period is relatively long, adaptability of ASP flooding well.
