In this study, on the basis of the review about the sample pre-treatment and the analysis methods about the Organic pollutants in soils, optimized the sample's pre-treatment methods with accelerated solvent extraction technology, established the quickly, accurately dual column GC analysis methods about the organochlorine(OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs); formulate a regional soil sampling program to study the pollution status and pollution characteristics of OCPs, PCBs in Jinan surrounding area; used the Nemerow index evaluation method to conduct an accurate evaluation for the soils.This dissertation included the following contents and conclusions:(1)The pre-treatment technology with organochlorine and polychlorinated biphenyls in the soilUsing the ASE300 Accelerated Solvent Extraction, optimized the best conditions to extract the OCPs and PCBs in the soil samples. The optimum extraction conditions were: solvent n-hexane:acetone=1:1, extraction temperature 100℃, extraction pressure 1500psi,2cycles, static extraction time 5min. Compared with other extraction techniques, it could reduce the solvent consumption, improve the degree of automation and accelerate the Extraction rate.(2)The research of the dual column GC analysis methods about the OCPs and PCBs in the soil samplesUsing DB-1701 and HP-5 dual column GC analysis methods to analysis the OCPs and PCBs, established the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for 13 kinds of OCPs and 7 kings of PCBs. Using parallel samples, the matrix spike recovery and spiked blank recovery to confirm the precision, accuracy and detection limits of methods, and analysising the actual samples of Jinan surrounding areas. The results showed that the recoveries in between 83.7-103.4%; the relative standard deviation of six parallel samples measured in the 1.27-3.07%; method detection limit in the 0.047-0.50μg/kg. The established method has characteristics of high precision, good accuracy and low detection limit in the field of environmental monitoring and research,and it has broad application prospects.(3)The pollution status and pollution characteristics of OCPs and PCBs in Jinan surrounding areasPreparated 13 kinds of OCPs and 7 kings of PCBs quantitative standard curve, and analysis the OCPs and PCBs in Jinan surrounding areas. The BHC in the soil in range of 0.03-14.5μg/kg, the DDT in range of 0.04-352μg/kg, and the PCB in range 2.00-16.8μg/kg.(4)Evaluated the pollution status of the OCPs and PCBs in Jinan surrounding areas Used the Nemerow index evaluation method to evaluated the pollution status of the OCPs and PCBs in Jinan surrounding areas.From the evaluation results, the BHC and PCB in low levels of contamination, the DDT have potential pollution in individual points. The soil of Jinan have a slight organic pollution.
