With the energy industry, nuclear industry, biological engineering and aerospace industry and other high-tech industries developing, rubidium metal and its compounds in biochemistry, catalysts, molecular biology, electronic devices, photoelectric cells, special glass have a special role. Although the Rb is number 16 in the crust, because of its characteristic chemical properties of element , it often co-exist with potassium, lithium, cesium and other metal, and a little of Rb is independent of the mineral and ore formation. It is mainly in solid lithium mica, cesiumore and stone liu brine and underground brine. Particularly, concentration of Rb is construction marine brine of salt lake of Ping Luo Dam and underground in Sichuan. The concentration dozens of times more than the other area in all the world. It is a technological problem that how to extract high concentration of potassium and low of rubidium in Brine Extraction System. Through the subject of Rb in the brine extraction and separation, we can explore separation and extraction technology of different concentration of rubidium, potassium, ammonium, sodium, and establishment of the brine rubidium extraction recovery technology in order to provide designed parameters for expanding test.The paper uses t-BAMBP as extraction solvent in the extraction technology. The separation effect of concentration of t-BAMBP,alkalinity,phase ratio, time, washing phase ratio, and other related factors are discussed. Established a t-BAMBP as the extractant, xylene, D80 is developing extraction processing plan Sec.Taking Xylene as developing extraction conditions is 1mol/L t-BAMBP, 1mol/L NaOH, 2.5/1 phase ratio, extraction time per 1 minute, 5/1 washing phase ratio , 1.0mol/L HCl Stripping acidity, Stripping time per 1 minute, 6/1 stripping phase ratio.etc.Selected with four-stage extraction, washed six-stage, two-stage stripping.Finally obtained 99.5% purity of RbCl. The goal reclaiming rate reaches 96.6%.Taking D80 as developing extraction conditions is two extraction points. The first paragraph: 0.8mol/Lt-BAMBP, 0.8mol/L NaOH, 2.5/1 phase ratio, extraction time per 1 minute, 1.0mol/L HCl Stripping acidity, Stripping time per 1 minute , 5/1 stripping phase ratio. The second paragraph:1.0mol/L t-BAMBP, 0.8mol/L NaOH, 2/1 phase ratio, extraction time per 1 minute, 4/1 washing phase ratio , 1.0mol/L HCl Stripping acidity, Stripping time per 1 minute, 5/1 stripping phase ratio. etc. Selected with four-stage extraction, five-stage washing, two-stage stripping.Finally obtaining 97.7% purity of RbCl. Meanwhile, the goal extraction rate of rubidium reachs 94.5%.Taking 50 percent of D80 and Xylene to mix, we make it as diluent in extraction. Selected with four-stage extraction, washed six-stage, stripped two-stage, finall, the purity of RbCl is 99.2%. The goal rate of Rb is 94.9%.Compared with the D80 system, mix diluent in ensuring a good separation efficiency while reducing the amount of xylene diluent to be good for the safety and environmental friendliness.
