Cleaning wastewater has high concentration organic,big Salinity,the small ratio of BOD/COD, can not directly processing COD by the biochemical method.This paper adopts the Combination Process of Coagulation, micro-electrolysis-electro-catalytic oxidation,and Fenton Reagent to processing cleaning wastewater, In order to obtain an efficient and feasible cleaning wastewater treatment technology.The test process is divided into four stages。The first stage mainly studies the Coagulation precipitate experiment with set PFS,PAC as flocculants,PAM as coagulant, to Obtains the best experimental conditions of the best coagulants and coagulation precipitate; The second stage mainly studies the best experiment conditions of Iron-carbon-micro-electrolytic,electro-catalytic oxidation-Iron-carbon-micro-electrolytic. The third stage research the treatment results of Fenton oxidation. The fourth stage mainly studies the continuity stability experiment of the combination process of the Coagulation,electro-catalytic oxidation,Iron-carbon- micro-electrolytic, and Fenton Reagent.Through orthogonal and single factor experiment determine the appropriate conditions of Coagulation deal with cleaning wastewater. The results show that the dosing quantity of PAC is 0.6g/L, the dosing quantity of PAM is 2mg/L,the reaction pH value is 8, The speed of mode agitation stir 2min under 200r/min, and then reduce to 80r/min, stiring 8min, the precipitation time is 30min.We determine the optimal conditions of cleaning wastewater treatment of iron-carbon-micro-electric by single factor.The optimal conditions is the dosing quantity of iron-carbon is 60g/L, the proportion of iron-carbon is 3,the Oxygen is 0.2 L/min,pH=2,the Reaction time is 2h.It can further enhance the COD removal rate of cleaning wastewater after coagulation treatment by using the electro-catalytic oxidation-Iron-carbon-micro-electrolytic. We got the best treatment processesBy orthogonal test. The optimal conditions is the dosing quantity of iron-carbon is 80g/L,the slot voltage is 20V, the precipitation time is 60min, the dosing quantity of electrolyte is 1g/L, pH=2. We determine the optimal conditions of cleaning wastewater treatment of Fenton oxidation by Orthogonal experiment and the single factor experiment. The optimal conditions is the dosing quantity of H2O2 is 18mL/L, Repeatedly dosing,pH=3, the dosing quantity of FeSO4·7H2O is 4.05g/L, the precipitation time is 60min.Under the optimum conditions, the Combination process effect stable, reproducibility well, the average CODcr removal rate reached 89%, the average concentration of COD is 91.8 mg/L,meet the requirements of emission standard (COD≤100mg/L).The Operation cost of combination process is Mainly drug consumption,It is 29.418 Yuan/ton.
