With the social economy development and people's lifestyle and living standard keep growing, life quality has been enhanced more and more,there appear s many urban landscape water in our life, although the urban landscape could improve our living condition,but also bring about much more environment problem caused by variation of water quality. This side effect could be prevented if we can grasp exactly or even can precisely predict about currently water quality of urban landscape water.This paper based on the water protection of Xi'an Qu-jiang Lake to do research about water quality evaluation and simulate around water environment protectin and management .1.Specify the features and functions of urban landscape water,survey the contamination of the urban landscape water in our country, point out the main pollutant and it's characteristics.2.Survey the basic status of geographical setting, nature condition and hydrologic condition in Qu-jiang Lake. Take water quality monitoring every week from 09.10 to 10.1, monitoring items includs COD,TP, TN, NH3-N, NO3-N and NO2-N.3.Take time and spatial analysis based on the Nemerow formula and singer parameter from monitoring .The spatial and temporal distribution and feature of water shows: space distribution is relatively uniform,the contamination of linked region with Fu-rong Lake was higher, but the difference was not much compare with other three regions; The water quality heavily pollutate in oct. All in all, the water quality satisfy landscape water or the water for entertaiment indirect contact with human body.4.Used Standard index method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the water quality status of Qu-jiang Lake,the result shows: the water quality of Qu-jiang Lake was set in classâ…Ł,the main over contaminate pollution is TN. Compare with Standard index method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was fit to evaluate the water quality of Qu-jiang Lake.5. Review the Emergence and development of water model, establish the water quality model with WASP, the simulation result shows : the relative error of average value and measure value of NH3-N, DO, TP, NO3-N is 28.6%, 6.7%, 28.6%, 46.9%. Excepted NO3-N,others relative error reached the require range. This indicts that the model could apply to administration the water quality of Qu-jiang Lake,and provide water quality safety warning and science proof to longterm planning of river system.
