China is a country not only breeding a larger number of pigs but also consuming a large amounts of pork products, but more and more food safety incidents appears in recent years, it has seriously affected consumer's confidence in food safety issues. Therefore, we need a new technology to ensure food safety so as to make consumers enjoy the food security and confidence. The construction ofNow, the process of pig breed, slaughter, logistics and split sale lacks of efficient supervision, and it lacks of information connection between different nodes, some unidentified problematic pork products flow into the market regularly and causes the events which seriously harmful to the consumer's health. The difficulties in set up a tracking system is: The average IT information level of the companies in the pork product industry is a bit low, so it's hard to implement the data communication and information share platform. Pork-product-tracking system is necessary to achieve thetracking function for pork products and accomplish the safety trail of it. Through the research and design of the Pork-product-tracking system based on the Internet of Things technology, an advanced whole process management platform for pork products is been formed in this essay, then make the use of the Internet of Things technology to identify the information of each pork product so that the visibility and controllability of the pork product supply chain is improved and the safety tracking of the pork products is achieved. System is mainly using RFID technology as automatic identification, using RFID tags as traceability information carrier of pork product. A Pork-product-tracking system based on the Internet of Things technology is researched and designed to form an advanced whole process management platform for pork production.In this essay, the realization principle and application technique of Pork-product-tracking system using Internet of Things technology is deeply researched,combined with the advanced technology on the basis of the analysis of the current pork-product industry situation. According to the characteristics of pork produce, slaughter and sale, the contactless, distant RFID indentified technology is suitable to take to supervise the whole process of the pork production. At the mean time, the rapid developing Internet of Things technology provides efficient tool for data communication and information share between different companies.A pork-product tracking management system coding regulation is set in this dissertation through the combination of current standard of the nation and EPC global, from which the pork-product whole lifecycle tracking management technology regulation is provided. Then hrough the research of the process of pig breed, slaughter, logistics and split sale, the solution of the Pork-product tracking system is carried out; after that, emphases is put on the research of the architecture of the whole system platform, the realization method of this system functions and the dateflow communication mode. Finally, webservice,JSP technologys are used to research and design the object naming system and dispose the information publish platform as well, at the end the tracking information of pork product whole lifecycle is provided to related users with the form of webPage.The author was mainly take part in the design of the system architecture and data structure, and was in charge of the research on coding of the pork product tracking tag, the implementation of the Object Naming System and developed part of the information release platform at the same time.The whole system not only ensure the safe and reliable of the pork products, but also avoid the pork product from dead or ill pig, or illegally produced ones flow into the market while satisfying the needs of pork product whole life cycle management, and it can accomplish the whole process supervise of the pork products and make the consumers buy them with confidence and eat them with satisfaction.
