Following the development of under balanced drilling technologies, As the the vanguard of Under balanced drilling, foam drilling is the most important method in oil-field. It has the merits that include mechanical efficiency high and the protection for gas producing formation. in recent years, foam drilling technology rapid development and made some achievements in the domestic. But many difficult conditions has arisen, including the technology advanced, maturity and mating, there is a relatively large gap still exists with the international advanced level and large areas of mature application, Especially that is still not mature in foam drilling the working characteristic and the process parameters study.In order to improve the calculating precision and application rationality of theoretical model in foam drilling. This paper makes the research that Pressure and Velocity of in annulus of Foam Drilling. Through the investigation of literature at home and abroad, According to the situation of actual foam drilling technology, Put forward the major research purpose and meaning of the paper; According to the flow characteristics of multiphase in annulus and Fluid dynamics theory, Based on heat transfer, Momentum conservation, Energy conservation, Analysis the variation about fluid pressure and speed in foam drilling. the paper built temperature, pressure and speed mathematical model of the multi-phase in annulus; In order to improve the computation precision and level of the theory, I try to use the computation fluid dynamics method to do The fluid simulation of annulus in foam drilling,Mainly simulated the pressure and speed of Multiphase flow in joints of Drill collars and pipe, Eccentric cases, Bending section,Different Drill pipe speed cases,Existing heat transfer cases.Numerical simulation shows that the multiphase flow mathematical model of fluid in annulus and solving method is reliable, and provides a basis for the further theory research and well bore design of foam drilling.
