With the increasing of people's living standard, large recreation facilities of the theme park have appeared in people's entertainment life gradually. But because the development time of the domestic large recreation facilities industry is too short and the technology is limited, whatever equipment's manufacturing, installation, testing and maintenance did not had a unified, fixed standard, and also do not have a mature safety evaluation system. This brings about many issues, domestic large recreation facilities million failure rate is high in the world, when the accident took place,it caused state property losses,what more serious, it may also threatened people's life. So it is particularly important to establish a set of effective large recreation facility safety evaluation system in today's society. Based on this, the paper analyzed the history and current situation of domestic and foreign large-scale amusement facilities industry and put forwarded the safety assessment within my own views, mainly do the following works:1. Summarized the recreation facilities industry's history and status at home and abroad, and analyzed the important significance and necessity of establishing a safety evaluation system of large-scale amusement facilities in our country.2. Expounded the importance of significance of safety assessment methods to ensure the safe running of the equipment, introduced the classification and selection method.Listed several typical safety assessment methods. According to the complexity of the large recreation facility system.The article put forward to use multi-level fuzzy mathematics method to do macro assessment on system,and practiced the model in zhengzhou century park.3. In order to determined the main power system's security situation of large recreation facilities safety assessment system. This paper puts forward to diagnosis fault to large recreation facilities's dynamic system (including main gears, bearings, axis) from the angle of vibration. This article first expounded the mechanism of vibration gears, bearings, and then introduced analysis methods of the common vibration signal, and finally puts forward gear fault features extraction methods of Hilbert-Huang.4. Collected the field datas in Zhengzhou century park, verified the failure analysis method which the article puts forward.
