In modern manufacturing industry, high precision NC processing is the major trend. The precision of NC would exert pivotal influence on processing precision. However, when processing, the quality of the control system would tend to become some degree of unpredictability due to internal and exterior factors. This thesis poses a thorough investigation on the influence of servo parameter, loading inertia, cutting force and friction to servo system and tries to put them into the consideration of control error. It mainly covers follow error on single axle system and contour error on multi-axles systems.This thesis begins with an analysis on the NC servo system via dynamic deferential equation and Laplace transformation to set a high order servo system model including factors as cutting power, friction, servo motor and driving system and put them into our control system to provide a performance analysis on our servo system.It further goes on to focus on influencing factors like load noise, feeding speed, system inertia. On the one hand, it includes some extent of theoretical analysis. On the other hand, it also tries to confirm the theory using simulation. It tends out the feeding speed exert the most important influence on follow error and gives out the regular pattern of this influence.Based on prior analysis, it builds a contour error model take into consideration of noise and whether parameters of servo systems are perfectly matched. Matlab/Simulink system are applied to simulate follow error and contour error on the servo system, and the simulation results confirm the theoretical analysis and reveal the influencing mechanism of servo parameter, disturbing force, feeding speed on the system.Last, thorough experimental cutting, the theory and simulation are further confirmed, and in the meantime proves the soundness of the influencing mechanism on contour error.
