Emission Inventory is a collection of various information related to pollutants of pollutant emissions in a certain space and time range, it is great value for making policy and scientific research. On policy development and environmental management, pollutants emission conditions and parameters of corporates in a certain region are counted and Summaried systematically and comprehensively in Emission Inventory; On scientific research, Emission Inventory is an important initial input data of air pollution model, and a prerequisite on the study of physical and chemical processes of air pollutants in the atmosphere, in addition it is important to simulate secondary pollutants, find out air pollution status in a region, and establish appropriate reduction emission programs.Chengdu Economic Circle is the research object, in the same time of collecting exist source data, estimating air pollution emissions in Chengdu Economic Circle based on emission factor method, and we set up the regional emission inventory to meet the need of emission data for regional air quality modeling.Using emission factor method, there must be emission factor and activity data, emission factor is from research results in our country and U.S. AP42; through searching and collecting extensively various required data to obtain the activity data in five areas of the study region such as population, industrial GDP, the output of industrial products, vehicle holdings and so on, as a result, dataset of activity data of point source, area source and line source emission have been established initially. In the year of 2009, we estimate and establish the Emission Inventory of SO2, NOx, CO, VOC, PM10 on the county level, the total emissions of the five areas of Chengdu Economic Circle are estimated to be:SO2 0.20 Tg, NOx0.17Tg, CO 1.52 Tg, VOC 0.36 Tg, PM10 0.41 Tg.SMOKE model is a complete source emission pre-treat system of air quality model. Emission inventory plays an important role in the input data of air quality model, in the thesis, we utilize SMOKE model to calculate and process the emission inventory of Chengdu Economic Circle, and to obtain point source, area source and line source hourly emissions in the area where center at latitude 30.66°and longitude 104.06°, 312km×456 km regional size, and 4km×4km grid size, as well as temporal and spatial distribution about various emissions of these three sources, the spatial distribution shows most of the high emissions occour in highly developed urban area and CO, VOC of traffic emissions caused by the Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction appear higher value in regional western.
