Plain weave C/SiC composite materials have high temperature resistant, fight oxidation, wear resistance and good thermal stability, etc, So in aerospace and other areas to be a wide range of applications. But to give full play to the excellent properties of materials, we must fully understand the mechanical properties of the material, Because the mechanical properties of materials is its design and application of the most important basis, Therefore for plain weave C/SiC composite materials for mechanical properties in order to solve good materials in various complex environment the reliability of the application is very important position.This paper introduces the plain weave C/SiC composite materials in two different proportion of load two-way tensile test, Analyzed the materials in two-way stress and one-way force of the stress-strain curve distribution situation, Draw materials in scale load of 1:1, its one-way stress and two-way stress the mechanical behavior of the materials that similar, horizontal effect is not obvious. The paper also introduces the plain weave C/SiC composite materials cantilever beam bending test, Through the results of peak load increases gradually circulation and unloading experiments, Analysis under different bending moment unloading modulus, the change of the residual strain, and the comparison of the different under bending moment of the strain relations and the same moment the strain down. That moment, the greater the material, the greater the damage the greater the residual strain; Analysis of the material has obvious and compression characteristics of the opposite sex, specimen under pressure for a good linear relationship between the performance. Based on the test results, this paper through the unloading point stress and load the slope of the linear relationship describe plain weave C/SiC composite materials tensile samples damage evolution of the stress-strain relationship, The simulation that the stress-strain curve with the actual measurement stress-strain curve anastomosis with the better.
