The optimal control of cement rotary kiln can effectively improve the cement production, reduce the heat consumption and pollution to the environment, therefore, the research on system modeling and simulation of cement rotary kiln has important significance and the practical value.Cement rotary kiln is a high temperature equipment which inout and output material continuously, it is a complex system of multivariate, nonlinear, strong interference and time delay. It is difficult to use conventional control method to realization its control.Neural network can fully approximate any complicated nonlinear relation, has very strong robustness and fault tolerance, can learn and self adapt don't know or uncertain system. Based on these advantages of neural network this paper use the neural network to optimization and control cement kiln. The main works of this are as follows:(1)The principle and algorithm of BP neural network are discussed.The principle and algorithm of the time series model based on least squares identification parameter are researched also.(2)The BP neural network model of cement rotary kiln is obtained by using neural network toolbox of MATLAB to complete BP neural network model establishment and training.(3)The time sequence model of cement rotary kilns is realized by programming algorithm in MATLAB.(4)The two models are validated using the sample data respectively, and the results are analysised also.
