In the modern industrial production, welding has been widely used in various fields. submerged arc welding has become the most widely one of welding methods because of its the higher production efficiency,better the quality of welding,welding seam appearance and good operating environment. The magnetic control technology has been applicationed in CO2 shielded welding,The system of magnetron swinging arc CO2 shielded welding tracking has been developed .The research on characteristics of magnetron arc sensor aboutmagnetron swinging arc CO2 shielded welding tracking system and the stability of system,the following was researched:1,The paper analysis the influence of magnetic field to submerged arc welding and s designed two groups of comparative experiments . Then based on the predecessor's research, the author design and develop magnetic drive arc device and lateral alternation magnetic field drive arc device, meanwhile the author made optimization design to excitation power supply, signal acquisition and signal processing system.2,The stability of Magnetron submerged arc welding swing has been researched by adding or not the alloy broken wire. the mechanical properties of the weld has been analyzed by adding or removing alloy broken wire, and some research has been done on the influence of alloying elements on weld properties. and then, the influence of arc stability because of adding alloy broken wire were obtained.Finally,we made use of Ultrasonic to detect the quality of weld, and found out that alloy broken wire can improve the stability of swing arc.3,Previous people have used the method of statistical analysis to analysis the reasons of the arc stability and have made certain progress ,but the effect is poorer, the author use the method of approximate entropy to research the arc stability of magnetic control submerged arc welding. At the same time, the author designed a series of experiments according to different current, voltage and welding speed calculation approximate entropy mean of each parameter and explored the stability of magnetron submerged arc welding and the connection of approximate entropy.This topic has two main innovation points: introduced the concept of "secondary arc",used a broken wire alloy replacement of traditional flux. The other point is using nonlinear approximate entropy to quantitative evaluation of welding parameters,it has certain reference value for research.
