Ningtiaota Coal Mine belongs to the coal mines that are easy to spontaneous combustion, in the coal mining area, spontaneous combustion once occurred in bunker, the surrounding small ground coal goaf and furnace outcrops The mine air leakage was severe, easy to result in spontaneous combustion of goaf float coal, strengthen in-depth study on the spontaneous combustion laws and characteristic temperature are significant for prediction of spontaneous combustion and safety production of the coal mine.In this paper, combined with theories and experiments, program temperature experiments and spontaneous experiments were carried out on Ningtiaota 2-2 coal samples, through the analysis of each spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters and index in the experiments process, the spontaneous combustion rule was determined. And through the analysis of the test results, temperature range of the critical temperature, pyrolysis temperature and fission temperature and the spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters and change laws of index gases, was determined, parameters of the corresponding characteristic temperature were obtained, which could provide reference for prediction of coal spontaneous combustion of Ningtiaota 2-2 coal seam.Through thermogravimetric analysis experiment of the coal samples, according to the experiment results, 75 group TG curves and DTG curves were analyzed, in each suite of curve, high adsorption temperature, the critical temperature, temperature, active temperature, dry ignition temperature were obtained, combined with program temperature experiments and spontaneous experiments, various characteristic temperature range were determined. Finally focuses on analyzing influence rules of the grain size, oxygen concentration of heating rate on each feature temperature point and thermogravimetric curve, which were good reflection of the coal oxidation reaction process, and were significant for judgment of the self-ignition orientation and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion of Ningtiaota 2-2 coal seam.
