| Development and application of low-carbon technologies is a response to global warming,energy saving requirements,seize the forefront of high-tech and adapt to global energy trends. Currently , low-carbon technology commercial activities are becoming the focus of attention of the governments and enterpreises,promoting the commercialization of low-carbon technologies has become their common goal. They are losts of low-carbon technologies in the technology pool,which can be found in Patent Website and technology contracts,etc. With the limited resources,it is impossible to commercialize all the low-carbon technologies,Moreover,these technologies which can bring huge economic benefits have accounted for only small proportion. So it is necessary to choose potential ones to commercialize. It has become an urgent issue that how to identify the factors which affect the commercialization of low-carbon technology,how to establish the evaluation index system,and how to evaluate commercial potential of low-carbon technology. Nevertheless,most of the existing relevant researches about low-carbon technology remain in qualitative phase,whose content are rarely associated with commercial factors or commercial potential of the low-carbon technology. The special study on evaluating low-carbon technology commercial potential is still in blank. Under this background,this thesis makes a probe into the commercial potential evaluation of the low-carbon technology,providing a systematic decision-making tool for the government and enterprises.This thesis follows the writing line:relevant theories→factors affecting low-carbon technology's commercialization→evaluation index system of low-carbon technology commercial potential→calculate corresponding index weight→evaluate. Firstly,systematically review Low Carbon Economy theory,low-carbon technology commercial potential theory and mothods theory. On this basis,drawing on existing research results,from public view,this thesis analyses and extracts five major factors that influence the commercialization of low-carbon technology,they are technological factors,market factors,support factors,compliance factors,effect factors. Secondly,by the five criteria,the thesis establishes the original index system for appraising low-carbon technology commercial potential,base on which the thesis designes"questionnaire of evaluation index system of the low-carbon technology commercial potential"to pre-investigate. With the expert data returned,uses SPSS statistical software to test the reliability and validity of the scale,and fine-tuning indicators according to the descriptive statistics and experts'advice,eventually,formes a scientific and rational index system as a basis for further study. Thirdly,To calculate index weight,this thesis does an expertise investigation on"low-carbon technology commercial potential evaluation index's weight". Using AHP method and Delphi survey to deal with the weight. Finally,base on the index system and index weight,the thesis adoptes expert survey method to evaluate electric vehicle technology commercial potential. |
