This paper chooses more than 10 kinds commonly used deinking surfactants, measure foaming abilities in neutral condition, at the same time study on the relationship between foaming abilities and deinking effect. Besides synthesis the cellulose-based surfactant, creatively applies into deinking, obtains good effects on increasing whiteness, waste pulp strength and decreasing waste water COD. The main research details and results as follows:1. Foaming capacity in the 15 kinds of surfactants from high to low is: AEC-7-Na>AEC-9-Na>AEO12>AES>NP-10>OP-10>AEO20>SAS>T-80>ABS>AOS>APG> JFC>S-80,AS. Through two-component mixture get the mixture foaming abilities of anionic surfactants:AES>SAS>AEC-9-Na>AEC-7-Na>AOS>ABS, mixture foaming abilities of non-ionic surfactants:JFC>AEO12>NP-10>T-80>AEO20>OP-10>APG>S-80.2. Five formulas of three components with the best foaming ability are chosen, study on the foaming abilities of these groups at different temperatures, pH values, and flow. It shows that the temperature from 30℃to 40℃foam increases significantly, from 40℃to 50℃foam increases slowly, even sharp declines in some formulas; there will be a negative impact on foaming abilities and foam stabilities when pH is too low or too high. pH value at 5-9 foam is relatively stable;flow from 6L/min to 7L/min foam increases significantly, When the flow increases from 7L/min to 9L/min bubble volume tends to constant.3. The result shows that in single component deinking agents, the deinking effect becomes worse with the increasing of anionic surfactants foamability and the effect becomes better with the increasing of foam stabilities. There is no obvious relationship between deinking effect and nonionic surfactants foamability, also unrelated with foam stabilities.lt proves that relationship between deinking effect and foamability in the experiment of two-component mixture of nonionic and anionic surfactants is uncertain. The collecting ability of nonionic surfactants and the mixture ability of two kinds surfactants are the main factors which decide the deinking effect.4. Synthesis of cellulose-based polymeric surfactant produces sodium carboxymethyl cellulose polyethenoxy ether(CMC-EO) and Cellulose esters palm acylating polyethenoxy ether(Cp-EO) which apply in mixed office waste paper(MOW) deinking.Study on the relationship of cellulose-based polymeric surfactant and deinking effect as well as deinked pulp(DIP) strength shows that use of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose polyethenoxy ether (CMC-EO) alone has a little effect on improving brightness and reducing residual ink. However, it improves the strength of DIP. The tensile strength and tear resistance raise 4.73% and 15.20% respectively. Utilizing of product CMC-EO formulation with other deinking agents, the brightness, ink removal, tensile strength and tear resistance of DIP respectively increase 1.87%(ISO),4.75%, 5.33% and 12.15%, meanwhile, the chemical oxygen demand(COD) reduces 10.2%.The deinking performance of another formulation with AEC-7-Na, S-80 and CMC-EO is excellent. DIP brightness reaches 90.58%(ISO).The ink removal efficiency gets 96.05%.The tensile strength and tear resistance increase 8.73% and 13.37% respectively. While COD is only 220.5 mg/L.
