Industrial utilization of bamboo have made great progress in the past decade, but the use of the object is still to large diameter bamboo-based, resource-rich dwarf bamboo and bamboo processing residues have not yet been divided by, simply because it contains a lot of zhuqing and shiraia, the traditional adhesive bonding is difficult to form good. In this paper, the core is to study the bamboo plastics, through the bamboo surface and internal variability plastics processing, given certain characteristics of the plastics such as thermoplastic, heat welding, dimensional stability, which the hot melt process for the development of bamboo technology to improve the utilization of bamboo, bamboo creation of new composite materials of great significance.In this thesis, we use the open bamboo section and open wire drawing process produces sheets or long strips of residues as the research object, by use of low-temperature alkaline swelling, benzyl treatment trials, systematic study of the pretreatment and reaction conditions, benzyl growth rate of bamboo (benzyl of the rate) of impact; and with the help of FTIR, X-ray, SEM, DSC and other analytical tools of modern analysis of the benzyl of bamboo microstructure, chemical structure and variation of hot-melt characteristics;illustrates the internal plasticization of bamboo mechanism;by pressing since the benzylic of bamboo forming welding study investigated the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo.Experimental research and analysis results show that:alkali swelling process on the growth rate of bamboo benzyl greatest impact the amount of benzyl reagent benzyl and reaction time on the bamboo has different degrees of effect, within the test conditions were better: 22.5% alkali concentration, swelling time:10h, the amount of benzyl reagent 50mL, reaction time 1h; alkali swelling to break the original natural structure of bamboo, the crystallinity of cellulose crystalline region decreased significantly increase the distance between cellulose chains, the reaction of free hydroxyl fully exposed, greatly enhancing the benzyl reagents and the degree and grafting degree can be; bamboo fiber structural damage to the crystalline area, lignin and hemicellulose viscose exposure, closed and non-polar hydroxyl the introduction of benzyl benzyl of bamboo is to promote the glass transition temperature decreased and heat welding characteristics with the underlying causes.Different rates of weight gain benzyl, benzyl of bamboo glass transition temperature were significantly different. The benzyl rate of weight gain by 45-50% of the variability of bamboo fiber direction with the restructuring, at the temperature of 140℃,2.0MPa unit under the conditions of pressure welding into a hot plate; test results show that:the surface free energy of plate polyethylene plastic similar size sheet with excellent heat stability and surface abrasion resistance, modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity of the veneer were as high above 140MPa and 11000MPa.
