As a key pathway of finding lead compound, natural product model plays more and more important role in new pesticide research and development. Diacetone amine (DA) with fungicidal and anti-bacterial activities, potent lead compound, is one small molecule compound which isolated from the fermentation broth of Qinling Streptomyces (Streptomyces qinlingnensis sp.nov) by Pesticide Research Institute of Northwest A & F University. Based on DA derivative and modification, oxalate diacetone amine copper complex (ODACC), which has better biological activity, has been synthesized. This thesis carried out the research of analysis, preparation processing and biological activity about ODACC. The main results are as follows:Using filter paper method, the antibacterial activities of ODACC were investigated against Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E. coli. The results showed that ODACC had different anti-bacterial activity only against four kinds of bacteria, B. cereus, B. subtilis, S. aureus, B. aeruginosa. After treated with ODACC 3.13μg, the highest of anti-bacterial activity is against B. cereus which the inhibition zone was transparent and its diameter only 5mm, followed P. aeruginosa , S. aureus, and B. subtilis , but E. coli no activity.Using inhibited spore germination method, the fungicidal activities of ODACC were determined against Pseudoperonospora cubensis, Phytophthora infestans, Curvularia lunata, Botrytis cinerea, Exserohilum turcicum, Drechslera Sorokiniana, Marssonina mali. The results showed that EC50 of ODACC were 25.56, 54.73, 29.88, 28.96, 45.46, 29.99, 13.25μg/mL against these fungi spore,respectively. Only its EC50 against Marssonina mali is 13.25μg/mL, lower than the check Cocide's 14.18ug/mL. Other EC50 were higher than the check Cocide.Spectrophotometry analysis method of ODACC was established. Determination wavelength is 252nm, impurity ruled out, the standard curve was Y = 6.1614x-0.0106, R = 0.9995, standard sample concentration of 0.02~1.0mg/mL in a good linear relationship, its relative standard deviation 1.38%, the sample standard sample solution, the average recovery was 98.62%. The method has high precision and accuracy.Composition ratio, processing method and active ingredient analysis method of 85% ODACC soluble powder (SP) has been identified. The composition ratio is, ODACC 85%, ammonium oxalate 10%, lauryl sodium sulfate 5%. And its quality control indicators has been set. Appearance blue powder; active ingredient ODACC content≥85%; water content≤0.3%; PH range of 6 to 7; Fineness (100% through 60 mesh sieve) is qualified; full dissolution time to 3min; heat storage stability is qualified.The pot experiment was to test the performance of ODACC SP. After treatment, resistance to rain erosion testing results showed that the preparation efficacy is, no rain 98.93%; 1h after rain, 96.81%; 4h after rain, 89.37%. Compared with the check Cocide , no significant difference. Absorbing roots activity test results showed that the preparation almost no root uptake activity. The efficacy of leave treatment was 88.38%, while that of root is only 2.87%. Root absorption activity test results showed that the preparation almost no root uptake activity. The efficacy of leaf treatment was 88.38%, while that of root was only 2.87%. By carbon acid method - atomic absorption spectrometry photometric method testing copper content in cucumber leaves, the results showed that the preparation had good permeability, when 24h after spraying , copper content of leaf is up to 91.13mg/kg,while the control only 2.53mg/kg.The field test of control cucumber downy mildew results showed when 85% ODACC SP diluted 600 times, the efficacy was 86.55%, higher than the check Curzate (diluted 800 times) and Dodine (diluted 500 times). While diluted 750 times the efficacy was still higher than 80%. The field test of control apple leaf spot results showed when diluted 750 times, the relative control efficacies of two different districts were 86.83% and 85.81%.
