| The bible paper with the characteristic of thin, high opacity is a kind of senior presswork paper and is mainly used for printing thick books, such as bibles, dictionaries. The middle-end and low-end of bible paper prints market which the domestic bible paper prints is at has low interest and high competition, but the high-end of bible paper prints market which have higher quality requirements to paper quality, printing quality and so on has high profit and low competition. To make the domestic bible paper prints to meet high-end market quality requirement, this article established evaluation system of the bible paper printability according to the bible paper printing binding process and prints quality requirements.First, the bible paper properties were measured, and printing color reproduction results of these paper were experimented. The relationship between properties of paper and color reproduction were researched by using of linearity regression value. Point out the paper properties that greatly influent the color reproduction result. Then build the evaluation system of the bible paper printability, including the five-level indicators and twelve categories second indicators. By analyzing the relative importance of various evaluation factors for evaluation results, consequently the weights of evaluation factors can be determined, and the weight assignments reflect the importance of each factor on the bible paper printability evaluation results. Sets up an assessment model of the overall quality of the bible paper printability on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the design and implementation of evaluation system for the overall quality of the bible paper printability was described for verifying.The bible paper printability evaluation system is numerical value, easy to compare and helpful for printers to reasonable selection of bible paper. |
