Offset Printing Ink Printing Failure Analysis And Research

This paper introduces the development status of the printing and printing projects of all elements of the basic concepts. By common offset printing ink failure analysis, summarized print(four elements), that is, ink, printing syrup, paper, printing temperature and humidity and the relationship betwent failure, and on this basis, developed targeted new products, new ways to solve the printing failure to form a complete set of printing troubleshooting improvement program.This article was prepared using the new resin modified ink printing solution to adjust the amount of paper PH monitoring and control of environmental temperature and humidity, and applied to the printing practice. The number of printing feedback, show that the improved scheme is feasibly, there is practical significance. Preparation of ink using the new binders can improve the ink properties(viscoelasticity increase, an increased transmission; brightness increased by 12%-18%; into the water has dropped by nearly 10%,emulsion breaking point came earlier, fast to ink balance); strict temperature and humidity controlled environment(temperature: 25±2℃, humidity: 65%±5%). Only this combination of the four organic could to ensure the smooth progress of the printing for the company's energy saving, high quality and efficient escort.
