| Phosphorite is the basal material of phosphorous-chemical industry.Now flotation is one of the most effctive methods in phosphorite ore dressing. The different choice of flotation reagents will get different flotation result.Therefore efficient flotation reagent is the key point of benefit of different flotation phosphorite enterprises.In this thesis,a method of estimating of the flotation efficiency of flotation reagents was established and the prepared flotation reagents made from saponified vegetable oil were tested.The main research work which had been completed was as the following.Firstly,a set of apparatus for flotation through aeration had been designed and was made.Secondly,a good flotation evaluation method had been set up.That was , using 1:1 mixing ores as the flotation ore sample flotating under the condition of pH 5 120mL phosphoric acid with 1mL 5% sodium tripolyphosphate and air flow of 16-20mL/min,stirring at the speed of 600rmp.Efficiencies of flotation reagents were calculated by comparing the contents of P2O5 in concentrating ore and debries.Thirdly,among a series of flotation reagents by saponifying vegetable oil,B4-which made from saponified rap oil and B6-which made from saponified soybean oil had better flotation efficiency. When 1:1 mixture mineral was used,the content of P2O5 increased 2.57% and 2.61% when B4 andB6 used as flotation reagent,whereas the content of P2O5 increased 3.49% and 5.00% when CF1 and CF2 were used at the same condition,the efficiency of concentration of B4 was similar to that of CF1,the former value was 9.7%, while the later value was 11.48%. The flotation efficiencies of B4 and B6 would be the same or better than CF1 and CF2 if further modifying or mixing research have been done. |
