| As the environmental noise pollution is increasingly severe, it has been included in the"four largest public hazards"of city. Resident in our country disturbed by all sorts of environmental noise, and Harbin is rapidly developing, which noise pollution will affect the healthy of people and the develop of economic. So noise pollution is indispensable. The traffic noise has the most widely influence. Therefore, studying the influence factors, trend and prevention measures of the road traffic noise has realistic meanings for the future construction and retrofit of Harbin.Based on the survey and collect the datum of the traffic and noise in Harbin from 2001 to 2009, and the large road reconstruction project from 2010 to 2012, this paper did the following research work. This paper researched the variation trend and reason of the traffic noise in Harbin from 2001 to 2009, and then GM(1,1) was used to predict the noise from 2011 to 2015 based on the original road condition. After that, the large scale transformation in Harbin between 2010 and 2012 was analysed, the prediction model in The Environmental Impact Assessment Standard of Highway Construction Project was used to predict the noise in 2015 based on the new road condition, then summarizes the influencing factors and how the factors affected. At last, some suggestions and measures was proposed for the future construction in Harbin.The level of traffic noise in Harbin from 2001 to 2009 reached the standard, and declined year by year. The rate of reaching the standard get 93.9%, peaked in 2009. The traffic noise of the three selected road were increased and then downward, which trend gradually reached the standard. The result showed that the traffic congestion increasingly serious. The result of the noise prediction showed that the general noise declined from 67.7dB to 67.5dB, and the representative road noise are also declined year by year, and the whole level are identical with each other. The result of the noise prediction based on the new road condition showed that the noise of Zhongshan Road would be 6.7dB higher than original condition, but Dacheng Street and Taigu Street would be lower and reach the standard. Overall, the road traffic noise of Harbin in 2015 will reach the standard and the condition of acoustic environment will be well. The main impact factors were flux, speed, the type ratio of motor vehicle, single vehicle radiation noise, pavement material, road width, green belt, and so on.Finally, some suggestions were put forward to improve the traffic noise of Harbin. On one hand, the sound absorption noise reduction of pavement materials is feasible measure, and noise reduction is obvious for the old part of Harbin, on the other hand, for the new construction of new parts, except improvement of pavement materials, it also need the setting of the green belts and noise barriers, enhancement the general management of traffic, and reasonable layout in urban planning. |
