The phosphorus in sewage not only pollutes environment, also is a kind of phosphate resources loss. In all sorts of phosphorus removal manner, adsorption has wide range of application, adsorption product can recycling, won't produce secondary pollution to the environment. Sewage treatment produce large amounts of the biological sludge or chemical sludge. Making the sludge into adsorbent is a new way of utilizing the sewage sludge, which can handle the sewage sludge and reuse the material produced from sewage sludge at the same time.The beaker experiment is about sludge-adsorbent removal of phosphorus in sewage, research on various factors, including adsorbent dose, time, pH, initial p concentration, affecting phosphorus removal. There are three kinds of sewage, separately add potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium tripoly phosphate, and sodium glycerol to domestic sewage . The concentration of phosphorus compound in sewage is about 20mg/L. The beaker experiment use 4g/L as the last dose, oscillation time is 2 hour forpotassium dihydrogen phosphate , 1h for sodium tripoly phosphate and half of hour for sodium glycerol, and hunting speed is 120r/min. In all kinds of sewage, Pseudo-second-order kinetic equation can provide satisfactory fitting of the kinetic data. The best applicability of Langmuir adsorption models for the isotherms is sludge-adsorbent S3, relation coefficient is bigger than 0.95, and the fitting qmax is close to the experimental results, so the adsorption test of C may be mainly chemical adsorption. Select the best adsorbent on the analysis of the XPS.Add various substances (humic acid, hexavalent chromium, Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, HCO3-) in all sorts of phosphate phosphorus compound of sewage and experiment at the best condition. Humic acid and hexavalent chromium have no effect in total phosphorus removal of sewage. HCO3–have the largest influence on the total phosphorus removal, Cl- is minimum. Various ions in the sewage configuration of potassium dihydrogen phosphate affect the minimum and in sewage added glycerin sodium influence biggest.Desorption experiment mainly is the study of the influence of the pH desorption and time influence. The alkaline environment is better to desorption.
