With the development of economics in our country, the discharge of industry waster water and sewage have increased these years, which leads to the polluted source water at large and eutrophication is more serious. However, the standard of drinking water is called for high quality. Be up to actuality, conventional activated sludge process can't meet the demands of the quality of the drinking water. To solve this problem, we need to reform the exiting process. As one of the new kind water treatment technology, biofilm process is applied for projects step by step. Biological contact oxidation is the one of biofilm processes, which widely applied in every field. As this process's key unit, biological carrier is the important element that influents its treatment effect. Recently, modified polyurethane carrier is widely used in sewage treatment industry. According combined polyurethane and nanometer, the mechanical properties,chemical stability and anti-aging properties of modified polyurethane have improved.Based on previous research, a new bio-affinity suspended carrier was used for the study that was created by our own lab. The kinds of carriers selected high quality material, scientific design, which combined by biological agents and bio-affinity activating factor. These carrier has many advantages such as a large surface area, better hydrophilic, strong impact, biological compatibility, easy biofilm, biological activity, bio-volume, mass effect, low energy consumption advantages and so on.Combining carrier property, this paper studied on the relationship between the manner of carrier filled and effect of effluent. When the carrier filled ratio was 25%,37.5%,50%,62.5%, the removal rate of BOD,COD,NH4+-N,TN,TP is different. With the increasing of carrier filling ratio, the system removal rate also increased. When the carrier filled rate reaches 50% the standard of output quality can reach first-level A. When increasing carrier filling ratio, the system efficiency was not improved significantly. Later we fixed the carrier in the reactor's upper, lower, half of the upper and half of the lower. The result showed that when the carrier fixed in the reactor's half of the upper and half of the lower is the best position. Last this paper study the different H/D of reactor effect on output.As the important economic indexes, HRT and gas water ratio can directly effect operation cost of waste water treatment plant. By adjusting the different operating parameters, we explored the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and gas water ratio effect of the output. The result showed that when the HRT was 3h, gas water ration was 7:1, the treatment effect is the best. Influent quality is the important guarantee for waste water treatment plant. Though changing COD volume loading and NH4+-N volume loading from150mg/L to 400mg/L and 15mg/L to 45mg/L, the treatment effect is the best. Finally, combined characteristics of this process, we selected Monod model and derived model parameters for the degradation of pollutants kinetics formula so as to give a valuable suggests to the projects.
