Firstly,printing and dyeing wastewater engineering is introduced in this paper,and a feasible technology is put forward according to the wastewater characteristic on Lanzuan printing and dyeing Ltd Co.. Secondly,the cost of each link is analyzed combined with the engineering practice of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering construction. At the same time,the advanced management theory and scientific management methods are put forward to reduce project cost and improve the economic benefit. The paper analyzes the project cost composing and studies the cost from design phase, surveying phase and construction phase, and concludes the composing and analyse of printing and dyeing enterprise wastewater treatment project construction cost, which has the use for reference for the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering construction and also have certain significance for similar wastewater treatment works.
