Fine Blanking Die based on the precision blanking technology is a kind of precision equipment which can process parts with complex geometric appearance, it has been widely applied in various complex processing fields, such as half cutting, sinking holes, bending, chamfering and so on. Fine blanking die as a research object, the paper conducts in-depth study on the solving method of the dynamic stress and dynamic moment in the blanking process of Fine Blanking Die, and achieves the following results:Aim at the problems of complex sheet deformation and low mould life, the paper adopts numerical simulation technology and virtual prototyping technology, carries out a dynamic stress analysis, and simulates the dynamic force status of punch. Thesis adopts the collision contact method and the spring - damping unit linearization method, and establishes a relationship of force between separate parts, blanking strip and punches. Aim at characteristics of sealing cover which is used to seal bearing, the paper adopts the top-down design technology and creates a solid model of Fine Blanking Die .It adopts the mesh dissection technology to finite element, and analyzes the force situation of some parts, Thesis establishes a complete rigid multi-body system dynamics model of fine blanking mould. Through solving calculation, the research obtains the rule of the dynamic characteristics of the key parts, and dynamic bending moment changes of the whole mould.The result can provide a new test basis to prove whether it is a reasonable design for the mould, and some test data for further research on the fatigue tests of Fine Blanking Die.The virtual prototype technology will greatly shorten the design time of Fine Blanking Die, reduce the development costs and enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.
