In consideration of serious economic loss in shipping business caused by the sticking of halo bios every year and thinking of oceanic pollution caused by oceanic antifouling paint, there have been more and more researches and developments of marine organ tin-free antifouling paint at home and abroad, as well as its application. The research and development of low surface energy antifouling paints is one of the important objects.In this study, organic fluorine monomer and epoxy acrylate co-monomers on the modified synthesis, the system of organic fluorine modified epoxy acrylic emulsion, it has a low surface energy, low water absorption properties. The amount of the material discussed the influence of the emulsion, results showed that:the solvent mass fraction of 50%, soft and hard monomer ratio of 1:1,2% acrylic acid content, core-shell ratio of 2:3, fluoride content of 8% epoxy resin content of 9%, nuclear glass transition temperature of -10℃when the best performance of the prepared emulsion, emulsion coating with low surface energy, low water absorption characteristics. At the same time this study also pre-emulsified monomer conditions were discussed, and ultimately come to the best of the pre-emulsification conditions are:3% emulsifier, emulsifying time was 60min, addition time was 30min, emulsifying temperature is 45℃. Membrane material used in the preparation of emulsion as marine anti-fouling paints, the amount of nano silica added, the emulsion by adding the amount of pigment addition and amount of solvent on the coating performance. The coating film adhesion, impact resistance, water absorption, the contact angle, hardness and other properties were tested to determine the best formula of the coating. The results show that: when the fluorine modified epoxy acrylate emulsion,43.5%,5.2% iron oxide red, titanium dioxide,2.0%,2.0% talc, calcium carbonate 2.0%,2.0% kaolin, nano-SiO2 as 7.2%,36.1% of the solvent, paint to achieve the best performance of:coating the surface with water contact angle of 114°, grade 2 adhesion of the coating is 2.41% water absorption, impact strength is greater than 50 kg·cm, pencil hardness of 3H, coating the surface without cracking. Nano-coating pigments and fillers and other pigments and fillers with micron micron form-nano structure, which makes the coating has the ideal hydrophobic surface, while a variety of paint pigments and fillers and fluorine modified epoxy acrylic emulsion water together constitute the ideal Surfaces, thereby reducing the water absorption.
