Foundry industry is the basic manufacturing industries, all industries are inseparable from the castings. China is already the world's casting production power. Foundry industry is more energy and resource consuming and polluting industries. According to statistics, China produced the foundry industry of the old year a total of about 3,000 tons of sand. If do not recycling the old sand out but the emissions of our country's limited resources, a great waste of sand, followed by serious environmental damage. Sand reclamation technology can re-use the old sand, not only reduces the environmental pollution, and saves the use of new sand, and ultimately bring economic benefits for the enterprise.The subject from the National Natural Science Foundation project, the project name:"Casting clay (mixed) for the old sand resin sand core regeneration mechanism and process of research", the project approval number:50665004.At present, domestic and foreign have been dealing with some of the old sand regeneration methods and equipment, but in recent years the application of some new organic binder on the Sand reclamation equipment requirements are higher, it is necessary to study some new methods and equipment.Vane of the grinding wheel with the old sand regeneration machine is a new type of recycling equipment, It is the use of group wheel and leaves the relative speed difference, wheel by wheel and the extrusion gap on the sand, friction, collisions as the main mechanism of a dry recycling equipment.
