The Research Of Die Casting Machine's Real-time Control System Based On ARM

With the development of die casting industry, the quality of die casting must be more and more higher, so die-casting machines are very important part in die casting industry. As the most important part of die casting machine, die casting control system plays an important role in ensuring the quality of castings and improve productivity. In this paper, the development of die-casting machine was made a concise analysis at home and abroad. Describes the present the advantages and disadvantages of die casting machine control system, and select real-time control system of die casting machine based on ARM.For the structure of die casting machine, operating principle, operating characteristics and the characteristics of casting, this control system described them in detail and determine the important parameters affecting the casting. Determine the system's control scheme and introduce composition and tasks of die casting machines in real-time control system. In determining the system functions, to be accomplished on the basis of the die casting machine control system hardware design, this paper describe system hardware in die-casting machine working process.In software design, this system use ADS1.2 developed integrated development environment which develop by ARM company in WINDOWS and achieve the corresponding functions of system software using C and C + + mixed programming mean. In this paper, top-down design ideas was used in software which accomplished the functions to by sub-module design, made the whole system design clear and achieve the functional simplicity.In the end, this paper made a detailed analysis in injection speed and injection pressure which affect the quality of the Die Casting. These two parameters have relationship with Accumulator injection and Pressure accumulator. System can control stream flow and pressure of Accumulator injection and Pressure accumulator though controlling the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. Through using adaptive fuzzy PID control method, system can achieve to be the best condition.
