The oil sludge is the common waste oil in exploration, transportation and petrochemical industries. Based on Liao he oil field storage for sludge handling a large number of problems, this paper used Fluent software platform on filter cake, which combusting in circulating fluidized bed furnace. It main conducted numerical simulation and analysis on the combustion generated pollutants (CO,CO2, nitrogen oxides and soot ). The results showed that the mixed cake not only combusted steadily in chamber, but also the pollutants can be effectively controlled. It provide a new way on dealing with oil sand , effective recovery of oil contained in oil sand material of the heat and oil resources, at the same time it has good practicability, feasibility and good environmental and economic benefits, the full realization of the harmless sludge and fuel technology, sludge treatment and disposal for the field oil.
